Privacy Policy

If you have less then 50% of eyelash extensions left on it will be considered as a full set, the same rule may apply if you come in for an infill after 4+ weeks. It is more work to remove any lashes that have grown out, infills are required every 2-3 weeks for this reason.

• Please remember to book in for a removal if you're a new client as i don't infill another lash techs work. If you come with dirty lashes a cleaning fee of $10 will be applied.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE $30 booking fee will be made to secure your booking. This amount will come off the total service when you come in for your appointment. Your appointment will become available to someone else if your booking fee hasn't been sent within 24hrs after the reminder.
• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the booking will forfeit your booking fee.
• If you provide 48 hours notice and would like to reschedule, the deposit will be kept as a credit for your next booking.
• If you're more then 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
• Satisfaction guarantee - you will have 24hrs to get back to me if you're unsatisfied with your lashes! I always want to make sure you are happy with the service I provide.
• At Rhi Lashed we provide one on one appointments, please don't bring anyone with you to your appointment.
